Mr. Emad Abdullah is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO. A licensed Avionics Engineer and holder of a Master Degree in Aviation Administration from the UK, he has been involved in aviation since 1982. He also obtained additional qualification on Safety Management Systems. Mr. Emad played an important role in establishing Air Libya as technical advisor and CEO. He is Chairman and member of Board of Directors in several aviation companies. Mr. Osman continues to be involved in air transport companies and associations as an aviation consultant.
Mr. Abdullah Hasouna Ali

Mr. Abdallah Hassouna has been in aviation industry since 1984 as part of the team who successfully managed to transform Air Libya from small company in the agricultural sector into real operator with an instantly recognized brand name. As the Accountable Manager he has the responsibility for the financial, administrative and employment affairs of the company. It is through his steady steering of that the company can be proud of the calibre, professionalism and dedication of the employees.
Mr. Ahmed Elhadi Abouzghaia

Mr. Ahmed Abouzghaia is responsible for all maintenance aspects and control of Air Libya’s aircraft maintenance organization (AMO). He holds AME Part 66 license and has been active in aviation since 1980. He is licensed engineer with endorsement on B727-200 & JT8D Engines, Airbus A318/319/320/321 series aircraft. He started his career with Aerlingus the Irish Airline, as well as trained at Kuwait Airways. Before joining Air Libya, Mr. Ahmed worked for Libyan Airlines as Inspector on B727-200 for 21 years.
Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Elobeid

Mr. Elobeid worked in the aviation industry since the early 1980’s. Holder of commercial pilot license from UK and USA, Master Degree in Business Administration from Bournemouth University, joined Air Libya since 2009 and became VP Marketing & Training in 2010.

Mr. Venceslav Trifonov has aviation experience since 1966. Graduating from Bulgarian Higher Air Force Academy with a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, he worked 32 years as Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Base Technical Manager and Supply Manager , join Air Libya as Quality & Safety Manager in 2001. With approved course – ICAO Safety Management System, ACI Global – Integrated Safety and Quality Management System Course and EASA Audit Training Course with Quality Strategies International.
